Yes, if this is true

If it's not possible for me to buy a Domino Utility Express Server anymore, I need to find another way to host my Web Applications.

It will be some work to convert all data and applications, but I guess I can use some OpenSource solution first (Apache+PostgreSQL came in my mind first).

Actually I think that it's just a bug on the web site, since Domino Utility Server Express is the only useful Domino Server for Web Applications for small companies, and I don't see any reason why it should be sold in USA only, as there are 193 other countries also in the world also. But lets wait and see.
